We hand illustrate your pet based on the submitted image.
We will have your proof to you within 5-7 business days.
After your order is placed and your pet's image submitted, we will have an approval proof to you within 5-7 business days. After approval is given to The Emerald Hound, your items will be ready to ship in about three weeks depending on your location. Please make sure that you've give yourself enough time for your items to arrive prior to your event!
We are unable to print supplied artwork of your pet not created by The Emerald Hound. If you wish to have your pet redrawn in my style, we would love to work with you! If you have a monogram or additional branding for your event to supplement your pet illustration, we are happy to help include that with the proper approval from the creator of the artwork.
We have drawn goats, rabbits, lizards and more! We love all pets and would love to create a special illustration of your pet.
Only some of our items can fit multiple pets - Coasters, Cocktail Napkins, Bathroom Napkins and Gift Tags are all able to fit at least two pets! For custom requests, please email us at theemeraldhound@gmail.com for more details.
We would be happy to extend our multiple item discount to you. For every item that you order in our Event Decor product line using the same artwork, you will receive a $50 discount that is automatically applied.
We do not resell commissioned artwork but would be happy to create one just for you!
Yes, we do offer digital artwork files and artwork release for third party manufacturers. Don't see a product listed? Reach out directly to theemeraldhound@gmail.com to see if it's something we can do.
Please contact us for more information about production and timing at theemeraldhound@gmail.com. Typically we need at least three weeks for production depending on the time of the year.
Your first revision request is included in your order. Each additional revision after the first is an additional $35 each. Please allow 2-3 business days for updated approval proofs.
A redraw using a separate photo is an additional $50. Please allow 3-5 business days for a new proof with new artwork.
Custom products are not refundable or returnable. If your product does not match the approved proof or if the product has a defect, please reach out to theemeraldhound@gmail.com and we will assist in correcting the issue and sending out new product.
